Day 1

So, day 1 is over.

I survived…

I’m pleased with myself in general. I did well through most of the day.

Although I didn’t hit the 50g of carbs target, I did significantly reduce my intake.

As a family of five, we still have some bits left in the cupboard that I had to use up.

Here’s my intake for the day.


Breakfast

Scrambled egg on 1 slice of white toast – with flavour added of ground black pepper and ground herbs.

Lunch

1/3 baguette with ham and tomatoes.

1/2 pack of Tyrrell’s Vegetable Crisps

Snack

1 satsuma.

2 slices of melon.

2 custard creams…oops!

Dinner

Tuna with mayo, poached egg, tomatoes, cucumber, grated cheese, grated carrot and raw pepper – with flavour added of ground black pepper and wholegrain mustard.

Treat

White easter egg…oops!

Drinks

Coffee – lots!

Water
