Day 2

2 days in and still going…!

Another day of transitioning – higher carbs intake than the target but still using up food. Also need to go shopping to buy the right food.

Here’s my intake for the day.


Breakfast

Scrambled egg on 1 slice of white toast – with flavour added of ground black pepper.

Lunch

Pilchards on 2 slices of toast (white bread) – with flavour added of ground black pepper.

1/2 pack of Tyrrell’s Vegetable Crisps.

Snack

None

Dinner

Fruit salad – apple, melon, grapes and strawberries

Treat

None

Drinks

Coffee – lots!

Water

Low sugar fruit squash
