Day 3 has been successful…although hard.
Even after going to watch my boys swimming, whilst I worked, I resisted my urge to buy food from the cafe. Just a coffee for me!
But during the afternoon hunger kicked in. It took a lot of my willpower to not give in. But I stayed strong 💪
Here’s my intake for the day.
Fruit salad – raspberries, melon, grapes and strawberries.
Salad with chicken breast – lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese, mayonnaise and red onion.
1 small square of Green And Blacks Organic 85% Dark Chocolate Bar.
Egg pasta with ham, cucumber, peppers, red onion with salad cream and pickle – with a sprinkling of herbs.
Coffee – lots!
1 glass of Pepsi Max
