Day 4

So, first day back in the office today after working at home for a few days.

I resisted the urge to have one of the 10.30 or 14.30 biscuits.

Will power also needed for the day…!

Here’s my intake for the day.


Breakfast

Fruit salad – raspberries, melon, grapes and strawberries.

Lunch

Salad with spicy chicken breast – lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese and red onion. With wholegrain mustard on the side.

Snack

None

Dinner

Egg pasta with chicken, ham and cheese – with flavour added of ground black pepper, a sprinkling of herbs and salad cream (light).

Treat

None

Drinks

Coffee – lots!

Water

1 glass of Pepsi Max
