Day 5

Long day in the office – lots of sitting around.

Feeling quite hungry throughout the day.

Also treated myself to a chocolate bar – first one of the week 🙂

Here’s my intake for the day.


Breakfast

Fruit salad – raspberries, melon, grapes and strawberries.

Lunch

Salad – lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese and red onion. With pickle on the side.

Snack

None

Dinner

Egg pasta with beef and cheese – with flavour added of ground black pepper, a sprinkling of herbs and salad cream (light).

Treat

Yorkie bar

Drinks

Coffee – lots!

Water

1 glass of Fanta fruit twist
