Saturday is here…a week of working survived!
We spent time this morning clearing out the kitchen cupboards and a couple of long dog walks.
Mixing this new low carb diet with increasing exercise as a whole family.
Here’s my intake for the day.
Granola and fruit – raspberries, melon, grapes, kiwi, raisins and strawberries – with Rachel’s Organic Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt.
Poached egg with salad – lettuce, cucumber, carrots and celery. Cheese puff (made by the kids).
Chocolate rice crispy cake (made by the kids)
Boiled egg sandwich on seeded bread – with salad cream (low fat).
Yeo Valley Organic Little Yeos Fruity Favourites Smooth Yogurt.
Coffee – lots!
